Our Approach

To maximise quality outcomes and to ensure customer satisfaction with these services, whether relating to commercial buildings, residential buildings, industrial buildings and structures, car parks, road and rail bridges and/or tunnels T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd adopts a thorough and comprehensive approach to each job.  The approach involves all or part of the following depending on the clients needs, the size of the job and time constraints.

1.A comprehensive discussion with the client

During this discussion T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd will ascertain the clients needs/wants, confirm budget constraints and timing requirements.

2.Site Visit

The discussion may or may not be supplemented with a site visit (depending on the severity of the problem and the client's wishes). However if a site visit is required one of T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd qualified staff will meet with client and thoroughly review the problem.  At this stage photographs are taken which, if necessary are incorporated into the condition survey report.

3.Condition Consultancy Report

One of the aims of the report is to identify the mechanism and extent of the problem. The report includes an overview of the problem and the extent of the problem, repair specifications and recommendations, costing (where required/appropriate) for the various repair options.

The investment in a quality evaluation may save the client significant sums of money by identifying the most economic and effective method of repairing the concrete. Recommendations may be prioritised depending on the needs of the client.

When the Condition Consultancy Report is accepted, a Contract of Works document is drawn up and includes all details relating to plant, equipment, labour, rates and time. Once the Contract of Works is signed by both parties and T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd is given written word to commence works more detailed discussions are held with the client to determine confirm shut down times, workplace health and safety and any other site specific issues.

Upon completion of works T.A. Taylor (Aust) Pty Ltd meets with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the quality of workmanship and that the works have been completed, at which point a Notice of Completion is issued along with any appropriate warranties.
